摘要
“社会—情绪能力”是“社会—情绪学习”的共生概念,具体指个体在生活中取得成功所需的基本知识、技能、态度和心态。“社会—情绪能力”概念发展大体遵循“社会智力—多元智力—情绪智力—‘社会—情绪能力’”的演变路径。“社会—情绪能力”内含“内省—人际”和“意识—能力”两个分析维度,其发生机制主要包括三个相互关联且相互影响的子机制:认知调节、情绪处理和社会互动。个体品格和心态是“社会—情绪能力”运作的现实基础。
Social and Emotional Competence(SEC)is the symbiosis concept of Social and Emotional Learning(SEL),which specifically refers to the basic knowledge,skills,attitude and mentality that an individual needs in order to succeed in life.The development of the concept of SEC generally follow the path of“social intelligence-multiple intelligence-emotional intelligence-social and emotional competence”.SEC involves two dimensions of“intrapersonal/interpersonal”and“awareness/skill”.The mechanism of SEC includes three sub-mechanisms:cognitive regulation,emotional processes and interpersonal skills.Character and mentality are the reality base of the operation of SEC.
