摘要师德师风建设是高校教师队伍建设的首要任务。师德师风是教师做好课程思政的基础,直接关系到课程思政的实施效果和立德树人目标的实现,而课程思政对高校师德师风建设有积极的推动作用。通过探讨立德树人视域下,高校加强师德师风建设的重要意义及课程思政对高校师德师风建设的推动作用,分析了国内高校师德师风现状,提出以课程思政为载体推进高校师德师风建设的对策,以期为加强新时代高校师德师风建设提供有效参考。 The construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct is the primary task of constructing teachers’team of universities and colleges.Teacher ethics and style directly affects the implementation effect of ideological and political education in the curriculum and the realization of the goal of building morality and cultivating talents.Meanwhile,ideological and political education in the curriculum plays a positive role in promoting the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct in colleges and universities.This article discusses the significance of strengthening the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct in colleges and universities from the perspective of building morality and cultivating talents,and the role of ideological and political education in the curriculum in promoting the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct in colleges and universities.It analyzes the current situation of teacher ethics and professional conduct in domestic colleges and universities,and proposes countermeasures to promote the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct in colleges and universities through ideological and political education in the curriculum,in order to provide effective reference for strengthening the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct in colleges and universities in the new era.
