摘要
对中国检科院测试评价中心(ACAS)的能力验证乳粉样品,参照GB 4789.14-2014《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验蜡样芽胞杆菌检验》第一法进行检测,进行蜡样芽胞杆菌计数,最终将VITEK 2 compact生化鉴定结果符合蜡样芽胞杆菌的菌株,进行根状生长试验以及蛋白质毒素结晶试验,结果获得满意。
To isolate and identify Bacillus cereus from the milk powder which are proficiency testing sample from Analysis Capability Assessment System of CAIQ(ACAS).Detect and count bacillus cereus in two samples with the first method of GB 4789.14-2014 National food safety standard-Food microbiological examination:Bacillus cereus.Typical strains were tested with VITEK 2,root growth tests and protein toxin crystallization tests were proceeded afterwards,and the results were satisfactory.
