摘要
分析表明,现代学徒制由传统的学徒制演化而来,它有效地克服了现代职业教育发展过程中出现的种种弊端,突破了职业教育发展的瓶颈,是培养技术技能型人才最有效的方式和途径,具有非常鲜明的时代特征。借鉴湖北部分院校开展现代学徒制试点的成功经验,进行高职计算机网络技术专业现代学徒制人才培养模式研究与探索,以推动传统计算机网络技术专业的改革与发展,促进本专业更好的服务区域经济建设,也为同类院校进行现代学徒制试点提供参考。
The analysis shows that the modern apprenticeship system evolved from the traditional apprenticeship system,which effectively overcomes all kinds of disadvantages in the development of modern vocational education,breaks through the bottleneck of the development of vocational education,is the most effective way and way to cultivate technical and skilled talents,and has very distinct characteristics of the times.Based on the successful experience of some colleges and universities in Hubei Province,this paper studies and explores the training mode of modern apprenticeship talents for computer network technology major in higher vocational colleges,so as to promote the reform and development of traditional computer network technology major,promote the better service regional economic construction of this major,and provide reference for similar colleges and universities to carry out modern apprenticeship pilot.
