生殖细胞及胚胎冻存技术发展及展望 被引量:1

摘要 生殖细胞及胚胎冷冻保存是生物种质资源保护及开发的重要技术,为人类自身健康医学发展、遗传育种、养殖生产和生物资源保护等提供重要支持。研究认为,针对不同物种及不同类型生殖细胞及胚胎的特点,冷冻保存技术具有较大差异。目前,生殖细胞及胚胎冷冻保存技术主要分为慢速冷冻和快速冷冻,对冷冻对象均具有较大程度损伤。而不同冷冻保护剂的运用可有效降低不同冷冻技术应用时对生殖细胞及胚胎的损伤作用。查找和优化冷冻方法类型及冷冻剂配方,是针对研究对象建立适合的冷冻技术的关键。本文以现有研究为依据,对动物精子、卵母细胞和胚胎的冻存方法进行梳理并展开综述,以期为相关研究及技术人员提供参考。 The cryopreservation of germ cells and embryos is an important technology for the protection and development of biological germplasm resources,which provides important support for the development of human wellness,genetic breeding,aquaculture and the protection of biological resources.It is concluded that cryopreservation technology is very different according to the characteristics of different species and different types of germ cells and embryos.At present,the cryopreservation technology of germ cells and embryos is mainly divided into slow freezing and rapid freezing,which has a great degree of damage to frozen objects.The application of different freezing protective agents can effectively reduce the damage to germ cells and embryos in the application of different freezing techniques.Finding and optimizing the type of freezing method and the formula of refrigerant is critical to establish suitable freezing technology for the research object.Based on the existing research,this paper combs and summarizes the cryopreservation methods of animal sperm,oocytes and embryos in order to provide reference for relevant research and technical personnel.
