摘要
玻璃化冻存是指利用一种或多种高浓度冷冻保护剂(即玻璃化液)保护待冷冻的生物材料,直接投入液氮中进行冻存的方法。近年来,鱼类卵细胞和胚胎的低温和超低温保存研究引起人们重视。本文针对现阶段研究进展及存在的主要问题进行综述,并对鱼卵细胞常用活性检测方法进行汇总。
Vitrification means pretecting frozen biological meterials by using one or more of high-concentration cryoprotectants,then crypreserve in liquid nitrogen directly. Cryopreservation of oocyte can provide sources of oocytes for the embryo engineering technology,such as external fertilization,nuclear transfer,transgenosis. It is vital to establish seed bank for breeding stocks,rare animals and endangered species,solve fertility problems for infertile women. So research on oocyte cryopreservation is of great slgnification.In recent years, researchers attact great importance to the studies on low-temperature of fish oocytes and embryos. This article summarized current research progress and existing main problems ,and collected the detection method of fish oocyte.
