摘要
本文旨在从整体理论的视角出发对研究型大学的研究生跨学科培养模式进行研究。在对跨学科研究培养的背景、当前存在的现实问题进行阐述的基础上,对国内外跨学科研究生培养的相关理论与实践成果进行综述,总结当前依然存在的局限性,通过文献研究、典型案例分析等方式,逐步识别出跨学科培养的主要特征,进而构架研究生跨学科培养的完整模式,探索性地给出研究生跨学科培养模式构建与运营方面的措施与建议,提出了江西综合性大学在研究生教育中充分利用跨学科培养创新人才的具体思路,为研究型大学研究生跨学科培养模式的构建提供一定的理论思想指导。
This paper aims to study the interdisciplinary training mode of postgraduates in research universities from the perspective of holistic theory.Based on the description of the current practical problems in the background of interdisciplinary research and training,this paper summarizes the relevant theoretical and practical results of interdisciplinary graduate training at home and abroad,summarizes the current limitations.By studying documents and analyzing cases,this paper identifies the main characteristics of the interdisciplinary training,and then frames the complete pattern for training the postgraduates.This paper gives measures and suggestions for construction and operations for interdisciplin ary graduate student training made.This paper puts forward the concrete idea of fully utilizing interdisciplinary to raise innovative talents in the comprehensive university in Jiangxi province,and it also provides certain theoretical guidance for the construction of postgraduates training mode in nesearch universities.
