摘要
研究生教育是培养高层次、创新型人才的重要阵地。研究生创新能力培养对于落实科学发展观、提高研究生教育水平具有重要的意义。高校提高研究生创新能力可以从六个方面着手:建立新型培养模式和创新教育激励机制、加强学科及学科群建设、加强导师队伍建设、营造良好的学术研讨氛围、正确界定研究生的创新成果、建立创新教育管理及保障体系。
Graduate education is an important part of fostering high-leveled innovative people. Training graduates＇ innovative and creative ability is important for carrying out the scientific concept of development and raising the education level. Universities and college can improve graduate students＇ innovative ability in six ways： establishing a new training pattern and a new motivation mechanism of education;further strengthening the building of disciplines and discipline groups; strengthening the tutors＇staff; creating a good atmosphere for academic discussion and research; correctly evaluating the innovative achievements of graduate students; establishing a management and security system for edu cation.
