HK2、CXCR4基因表达水平与卵巢癌临床病理及生存预后的相关性 被引量:5

Correlation between HK2 and CXCR4 gene expression and clinicopathological and survival prognosis of ovarian cancer

摘要 目的探究己糖激酶(HK)2、CXC家族趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)基因表达与卵巢癌临床病理及生存预后的相关性。方法选取108例卵巢癌患者为观察组,另选取同期卵巢良性肿瘤患者72例作为对照组。比较两组及不同病理因素HK2 mRNA、CXCR4 mRNA表达水平,分析两者之间及其与临床病理因素的关系。对比不同HK2mRNA、CXCR4 mRNA表达患者无进展生存期(PFS)、总生存期(OS),Spearman相关性分析两者与生存期的关系。结果观察组HK2 mRNA、CXCR4 mRNA表达水平高于对照组(P<0.05);HK2 mRNA与CXCR4 mRNA表达水平呈正相关(P<0.05);HK2 mRNA、CXCR4 mRNA表达水平与FIGO分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05);以基因表达均数作为界限,分为高表达者、低表达者,HK2 mRNA、CXCR4 mRNA高表达者PFS、OS短于低表达者(P<0.05);HK2mRNA、CXCR4 mRNA表达水平与PFS、OS呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 HK2 mRNA、CXCR4 mRNA表达水平与FIGO分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移存在正相关关系,与PFS、OS存在负相关关系,有助于为临床评估卵巢癌细胞增殖、浸润及转移提供重要参考依据。 Objective To investigate the correlation between hexokinase(HK) 2,CXC family chemokine receptor 4(CXCR4) gene expression and clinicopathology and survival prognosis of ovarian cancer.Methods 108 ovarian cancer patients were selected as the observation group,and 72 patients with benign ovarian tumors during the same period were selected as the control group.The expression levels of HK2 mRNA and CXCR4 mRNA in two groups and different pathological factors were compared,and the relationship between the two and their clinical pathological factors were analyzed.The progression-free survival(PFS) and overall survival(OS) of patients with different expressions of HK2 mRNA and CXC.R4 mRNA were compared.Spearman correlation was used to analyze the relationship between the two and survival time.Results The expression levels of HK2 mRNA and CXCR4 mRNA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).HK2 mRNA level was positively correlated with C.XCR4 mRNA level(P<0.05).HK2 mRNA and CXCR4 mRNA levels were positively correlated with FIGO stage,pathological grade,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).PFS and OS of patients with high expression levels of HK2 mRNA and CXCR4 mRNA were shorter than those with low expression levels(P<0.05).HK2 mRNA and CXCR4 mRNA levels were negatively correlated with PFS and OS(P<0.05).Conclusion HK2 mRNA and CXCR4 mRNA levels were positively correlated with FIGO stage,pathological grade,and lymph node metastasis,and negatively correlated with PFS and OS,which could provide an important reference for clinical evaluation of ovarian cancer cell proliferation,invasion and metastasis.
