摘要
目的:观察不同耳穴刺激改善维持性血液透析患者睡眠质量的临床效果。方法:选取2018年5月至2019年5月福建省厦门市中医院血透室收治的维持性血液透析患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为A、B、C组,每组40例。C组实施常规护理,A、B2组实施耳穴刺激,其中A组选取双耳神门、肝、心、肾穴、耳穴组合,B组选取耳肩、肘、腰、踝穴、耳穴组合,观察临床效果。结果:治疗后,3组患者PSQI评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者评分明显低于B组和C组,B组患者评分明显低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者临床有效率95.00%,明显高于B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对维持性血液透析患者实施耳穴刺激治疗可有效改善睡眠质量,且刺激不同穴位效果不同,刺激病症相关耳穴效果更优。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of different auricular stimulation on sleep quality in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 120 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were randomly assigned to the treatment period from May 20 to May 1919.Group C was given routine nursing,and both groups were treated with auricular acupoint stimulation.Group A was selected from the combination of binaural Shenmen,liver,heart,kidney and auricular points.Group B was selected from the combination of ear,shoulder,elbow,waist,acupoint and auricular point,to observe the clinical effect.Results:After treatment,the PSQI scores of the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of patients in group A were significantly lower than those in group B and group C.The scores of patients in group B were significantly lower than those in group C(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of group A was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of group B and group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of auricular acupoint stimulation in maintenance hemodialysis patients can effectively improve the quality of sleep,and stimulate different acupoints,and the effect of acupuncture-related auricular points is better.
