摘要
目的:观察耳穴磁珠贴压护理法对血液透析合并睡眠障碍患者的睡眠改善效果。方法:采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数分析系统(PSQI)对血液透析患者的睡眠质量进行测评,将血液透析伴睡眠障碍患者PSQI达12分及以上者90例随机分为2组各45例,观察组采用血液透析室常规护理,同时应用耳穴磁珠贴压护理法进行护理,对照组仅采用血液透析室常规护理。比较2组患者的护理效果。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠时间提高,睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能障碍、PSQI总分等均有不同程度的下降(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴磁珠贴压护理法有明显改善血液透析患者睡眠障碍的作用。
Objective： To observe the effects of magnetic beads auricular pressing therapies in improving sleep disorder of hemodialysis patients. Methods： Sleep quality of hemodialysis patients were assessed by Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI）, 90 patients who obtained higher than 12 scores in PSQI were randomized into two groups, 45 cases each group, the observation group accepted routine care in hemodialysis room, and magnetic beads auricular pressing nursing methods, the control group only routine care in hemodialysis room. Nursing effects of both groups were compared. Results： Compared with the control group, sleep quality, the time of falling asleep, sleep efficacy, sleep time, sleep disorder, hypnotic drugs, daytime dysfunction and PSQI total scores decreased in different degrees （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Magnetic beads auricular pressing therapies could improve sleep disorder of hemodialysis patients evidently.
