摘要
目的:探析人文关怀护理对晚期肝癌患者疼痛、情绪以及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2016年8月至2018年7月厦门市中医院收治的肝癌患者82例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用人文关怀护理。比较2组的护理效果。结果:护理前,2组患者的VAS、SDS、SAS等评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,2组患者的VAS、SDS、SAS等评分均有改善,观察组明显低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组的入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、日间功能等睡眠质量评分也低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将人文关怀护理应用于晚期肝癌患者中,可明显降低患者的疼痛等级,改善其抑郁、焦虑情绪,提高患者的睡眠质量,临床应用效果良好,具有推广价值。
Objective:To explore the effect of humanistic care on pain,mood and sleep quality of patients with advanced liver cancer.Methods:A total of 82 cases of liver cancer admitted to Xiamen Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2016 to July 2018 were selected for comparative study.Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of vas,SDS and SAS between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of vas,SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);and the scores of sleep time,sleep time,sleep disorder and daytime function in the observation group were also significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanistic care in patients with advanced liver cancer can significantly reduce the level of pain,improve their depression and anxiety,and improve the quality of sleep.The clinical application of humanistic care has a good impact,and has the value of promotion.
