基于残余强度的机制砂混凝土高温力学性能试验研究 被引量:7

Experimental Study on High Temperature Mechanical Properties of Machine-made Sand Concrete Based on Residual Strength

摘要 在常温和高温条件下,对C20,C30,C50机制砂混凝土进行试验研究,分析混凝土在不同温度和不同冷却方法下的残余强度。研究结果表明,当温度≤300℃时,高温后混凝土残余强度降幅<30%,较非人工机制砂混凝土降幅大;当温度达300℃,随着加热时间的延长,混凝土残余强度基本保持不变或缓慢回升;当温度持续升高且>500℃后,混凝土残余强度开始大幅下降;加热温度达700℃或500℃加热120min后,各强度等级混凝土不同冷却方式下的残余强度变化规律趋于一致。 Under normal temperature and high temperature conditions,experimental research is conducted on C20,C30 and C50 machine-made sand concrete to analyze the residual strength of concrete at different temperatures and different cooling methods. The results show that when the temperature is less than or equal to 300℃,the residual strength decrease amplitude of concrete after high temperature is less than 30%,which is larger than that of non-manufactured sand concrete. When the temperature reaches300℃,the residual strength of the concrete remains basically unchanged or slowly rises with the extension of the heating time.When the temperature continues to rise,after more than 500℃,the residual strength of the concrete begins to decrease significantly.After heating at 700℃ or 500℃ for 120 min,the residual strength of each strength grade concrete under different cooling methods tends to be consistent.
