摘要
随着我国对科研投入的稳步提升,全国各大高校实验室的科研仪器数量也日益增多,各地高校积极推进公共实验平台的建设。科研实验平台是高校开展科研工作重要的基础条件。高校实验室公共科研平台建设的目的是整合高校优势实验资源,完善资源共享服务机制,进而更好地服务于教学和科研工作。努力建成布局合理,多层次和高水平的开放式实验室体系,充分提高仪器的使用效率,以促进高校教学和科研的发展。拥有先进仪器和管理理念的公共科研平台,已成为高校培养创新人才的保障和支持,因此有必要建设多层次的公共科研平台。
With the increase of investment in scientific research in China,the number of scientific instruments in laboratories of major universities in our country has increased rapidly,and universities are actively promoting the construction of public experimental platform.Scientific research experiment platform is an important basic condition for universities to carry out scientific research work.The purpose of the construction of public scientific research platform in university laboratories is to integrate the advantages of experimental resources,improve the sharing mechanism of resources,and better serve the teaching and scientific research work.Efforts should be made to build a reasonable layout,multi-level,highlevel and open laboratory system to promote the development of teaching,and scientific research in Colleges and universities,and to fully improve the efficiency of the use of instruments.The laboratory public scientific research platform with advanced equipment and management concepts has become the guarantee and support for talents within novative ability in universities,so it is necessary to build a multi-level laboratory public research platform.
