摘要
由于国家重视高校科研的发展,在新形势下的高校着力创建公共科研平台,为入室人员提供公共实验场所、常规与精密科研仪器开放和技术服务与支持。以西南医科大学公共实验技术中心成立以来具体运行的实践现状为例,结合中心现有入室人员的基本实际情况,从入室流程、入室体系、入室积分守则、入室多元培训、资源共享机制等方面进行管理实践与思路改进,探索管理方法更科学、平台运行更快捷、人员技术更全面、共享资源更集约的发展路径。
As the state attaches great importance to the development of scientific research in colleges and universities,colleges and universities in the new situation focus on creating public scientific research platforms to provide public experimental places,opening of conventional and precision scientific research instruments,and technical services and support for personnel entrance.Taking the practical situation of the Southwest Medical University public center of experimental technology since its establishment as an example,and combining the basic actual situation of the personnel in the center,the management practice and ideas were improved from the aspects of entrance process,entrance system,point based system,diversified training,resource sharing mechanism,etc.,it is expected that the development path will have more scientific management methods,faster platform operation,more comprehensive personnel technology,and more intensive resources.
