摘要
近年来 ,就中医治疗尖锐湿疣的现状进行了综述和分析。表明目前治疗途径以外治熏洗坐浴和涂擦或内外治结合为主 ,治法和药物以祛湿清热解毒和化瘀散结类为主 ,适当辅以益气扶正 ,分析表明中医药利用调整机体全身的优势 ,结合外治 ,对尖锐湿疣进行综合治疗在提高治愈率和减少复发率方面有着重要的临床价值 ,同时指出了存在的问题。
The status quo and progress was summarized and analyzed in the therapy of condyloma acuminatum by TCM in this paper.It was showed that the present main therapeutic ways included external treatment such as fumigating,bath and smearing or combined treatment of external and internal medications and the therapeutic tactics mainly centered on removing dampness,clearing heat and toxin,dissolving stagnation,accompanied by tonifying Qi and strengthening the resistance.The analysis indicated that utilizing the herbal medicine's advantage of regulating the whole body,combined with external berbal medication can markedly improve the cure rate and reduces the relapse rate.Some existent problems were also pointed out in the paper.
