摘要
针对小样本、贫数据下柴油机性能参数预测问题,以TBD234V12增压柴油机为试验对象,采用灰色预测方法分别建立了不同柴油机运行参数的等间隔GM预测模型和非等间隔GM预测模型,并通过MATLAB语言和GUIDE自主设计和开发了相继增压柴油机性能参数预测仿真平台。通过试验及仿真验证表明,该仿真平台能够较高精度的实现小样本下的柴油机性能预测,为柴油机的性能优化研究提供了新的有效平台。
Aiming at the prediction problem of diesel engine performance parameters under small sample and lean data, the TBD234 V12 sequential supercharged diesel engine was used as the test object. The gray prediction method was used to establish the equal interval GM prediction model and the non-equal interval GM prediction model for different diesel engine operating parameters. The MATLAB language and GUIDE were used to design and develop the simulation platform for performance parameters prediction of sequential turbocharged diesel engines. The experimental and simulation results show that the simulation platform can predict the diesel engine performance under small sample with high precision, which provides a new effective platform for diesel engine performance optimization research.
