摘要
本文研究对象是湛港消拖601的主机,利用AVL BOOST软件,建立了新泄6MG(L)26HLX型四冲程船用中速柴油机工作过程一维仿真的数学模型,模拟喷油提前角改变和增压器效率变化对柴油机工作性能的影响。结果表明:通过对实验测量柴油机性能参数数据与模拟计算结果进行比对,模拟仿真计算的结果是可靠的,当喷油提前角和增压器效率偏离额定值时,柴油机的油耗率会有明显的下降。
The main engine of Zhan-Jiang port "Xiaotuo601" was studied in this paper. AVL-BOOST is used to establish a working model of XinXie 6 MG(L)26 HLX diesel engine. The working conditions of the diesel engine at different injection timing and turbocharger efficiency was simulated. The result shows the result of the simulation was reliable in comparison with the result of the test. The injection timing and the turbocharger efficiency changed away from the rated one, the fuel oil consumption rate decreased obviously.
