摘要
随着“互联网+”的迅速发展,高职教育也受到信息化的影响和冲击。笔者分析了将“互联网+”融入职业教育的实施背景,并分析了目前高职院校校企合作人才培养模式存在的问题,提出应建立完善的校企合作长效管理机制,构建信息沟通有效平台,深入校企合作形式,强化校企合作师资力量,以构建“互联网+”背景下高职院校校企合作人才培养的新模式。
The rapid development of internet has brought huge influence to higher vocational education.The essay analyses the problems existing in current talent training mode of higher vocational education and discusses the feasibility of integrating internet technology into talent training.Some measures are put forward,such as establishing long-term school-enterprise cooperation management mechanism,building effective information communication platform,innovating cooperation forms,and constructing teaching team.
