机器学习算法在柴油机性能预测与优化设计的应用

摘要 船用柴油机以其自身所具备的诸多特点,已经完全取代蒸汽机,在造船工业中得到广泛应用,逐步成为各种船舶的主要动力。按照作用的不同,柴油机分为主机和辅机,前者为船舶推进动力,后者主要负责带动发动机和其他设备,如空压机、水泵等。船用柴油机可分为高中低速三类,各类的性能有所差别,在对柴油机的性能进行预测和优化时,可以运用先进的机器学习算法,选取适宜的预测模型,通过机械学习算法对模型进行优化设计,以此来满足柴油机性能预测的需要,提高船舶的整体性能。 With its many characteristics,marine diesel engines have completely replaced steam engines and have been widely used in the shipbuilding industry,and have gradually become the main power of various ships.According to different functions,diesel engines are divided into main engine and auxiliary engine.The former is the propulsion power of the ship,and the latter is mainly responsible for driving the engine and other equipment,such as air compressors and water pumps.Marine diesel engines can be divided into three categories: high,medium and low speed.The performance of each type is different.When predicting and optimizing the performance of diesel engines,advanced machine learning algorithms can be used to select appropriate predictive models and perform mechanical learning algorithms on the models.Optimize the design to meet the needs of diesel engine performance prediction and improve the overall performance of the ship.
