摘要
溃疡性结肠炎具有病程长、虚实夹杂等特点,文章通过研究李东垣著作发现阴火病机与溃疡性结肠炎的发病机制关系密切,阴火乃是由于相火不足,继发的君火亢盛。脾虚即可导致湿热内生。湿与热相合为邪,在气分则可暴注下迫,在血分则血溢血泄,便脓血。治疗当补脾胃、升阳气、泻阴火,临证处方可选升阳除湿汤、升阳去热和血汤。
Ulcerative colitis has the characteristics of long course of disease,mixed with false and real,and it is found that the pathogenesis of yin fire is closely related to the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis by studying LI Dong-yuan’s works.The yin fire is due to insufficient prime fire,and the king fire is booming.Spleen deficiency can lead to endogenous heat and dampness.Wet and heat are combined as evil,and in the level of qi,it can be forced by violent injection.In the blood level,the blood overflows and suffocates.Insufficient spleen deficiency,the spleen is sturdy,the blood is stabbed,and the blood is forced to run.The treatment is to supply spleen and stomach,raise yang qi,and diarrhea yin fire,we can choose Shengyang Chushi Decoction,Shengyang Qure Hexue Decoction.
