摘要
《临证指南医案·郁》较系统的收录了叶天士治郁验案,笔者通过研读该篇,从辨病、辨证、用药、兼法4个方面探析了叶天士辨治郁证心得。叶天士以情志为辨识郁证的主要内容,指出情志之变会造成躯体病变,认为气机郁结是郁证病机,按五脏分型论治,用药清稳,兼用心理疗法治疗郁证,对后世治疗郁证有指导意义。
Linzheng Zhinan Yi’an·Yu systematically includes YE Tian-shi’s experience in treating depression.By studying this article,the author analyzed YE’s experience in treating depression from four aspects:disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation,medication and combination of methods.YE’s treatment of depression with emotion as the identification content,pathogenesis as the key point of disease identification,five zang-organs classification as the treatment,medication as clear and stable,and psychotherapy as the treatment of depression has guiding significance for the treatment of depression in future generations.
