摘要
目前临床上主要有两种模式的病证结合,即中医病证结合和西医病证结合。文章阐述中西医两种病证结合的研究主要模式、病与证的关系和概念、中医西辨病的不同,分析两者的利与弊,认为西医病证结合是中医现代化的创新之举,但简单的将中西医"辨病"予以替换不利于中医的传承与发展,如何促进中医病证结合现代化发展仍需进一步研究。
At present,there are mainly two modes of combination of disease and syndrome in clinical practice,namely,the combination of TCM disease and syndrome,and combination of disease and syndrome.This paper expounded the main research models of the combination of diseases and syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,the relationship and concept between disease and syndrome,and the differences between the western and traditional Chinese medicine differentiation of diseases.This paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the two models,and holded that the combination of disease and syndrome of western medicine was an innovation of the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.However,simply replacing’disease differentiation’of Chinese and western medicine is not conducive to the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine.How to promote the modernization of TCM disease and syndrome needs further research.
