摘要
“辨证论治”是20世纪50年代被提出的中医诊疗模式。该模式的实际作用有限,且存在缺陷:(1)缺乏理论支点;(2)“证”概念的混乱,且还造成相关中医概念之间关系的混乱;(3)在疾病并存时,缺乏对“证”归属的分辨,可将合并疾病之“证”误认为是所针对疾病之“证”。缺陷使其不宜继续作为中医的诊疗模式。文章提出构建一个新的诊疗模式,该模式既保留了“辨病脉证治”的内容,又可使中西医之病互通、二者可以接轨。具体方法:在传统中医理论体系内分析西医的一个病,以中医思维模式表达、命名该病,使中医所辨之病即为西医所诊之病。
‘Treatment based on syndrome differentiation’was proposed as an academic viewpoint in the 1950s.The practical effect of this mode is limited and flawed.The defect is the lack of theoretical fulcrum;the concept of‘syndrome’is confusing,and it also causes confusion in the relationship between related traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)concepts;when diseases coexist,there is a lack of identification of the attribution of‘syndrome’,and the‘symptom’of the coexisting disease may be mistaken for the‘symptom’of the targeted disease.The defects make it unsuitable to continue to be used as the diagnosis and treatment mode of TCM.The article proposes to construct a new diagnosis and treatment model.This model not only retains the content of‘diagnosis of disease and pulse syndrome and treatment’,but also enables the exchange of TCM and Western medicine,and the two can be integrated.The method is to differentiate a disease of western with the theory of TCM and express and name it in the thinking mode of TCM.Thus,the disease that is differentiated with TCM is just the disease diagnosed in western medicine.
