摘要
以《临证指南医案》郁病篇为研究对象,通过分类定量的方法对其中所提及的病证、方药及其属性进行统计,并分析统计结果。总结归纳出叶天士治疗情志类疾病的38则病案41首方剂中,病种以气郁、痞满最多;最常见的证候为肝郁脾虚证和气郁化火证;出现频次最多的药物为茯苓、牡丹皮、白芍、郁金、当归;总结其用药规律为:注重淡渗药物茯苓的使用,注重使用活血凉血药物,善用宣肺药物,辅用通络药物。本研究期望能为今后临床实践提供参考。
This article analyzes the syndrome, prescription, nature and flavour of materia medica in medical cases from chapter Yu, Linzheng Zhinan Yian. According to the 38 cases of diseases, the emotions, qi stasis and distension are the most common diseases; liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, stagnated qi transforming into fire are the most common syndromes; Poria, Cortex Moutan, Paeonia Lactiflora, Curcuma aromaticca, Angelica are the most common herbal drugs. The medication rules are： emphasizing Poria and materia medica of promoting blood to flow and cooling blood; using materia medica of ventilating lung; choosing materia medica of dredging collaterals. YE Tian-shi＇s rules of syndrome, treatment and medication are summarized to help guidance of modem clinical practice.
