摘要
十八大后新一轮医改顺应供给侧思维展开,《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》提出健康服务供给侧结构性改革的理念思路。三级综合医院通过将供给侧思维运用到学科建设中,能够有效促进学科增加有效供给、优质供给,减少无效供给,促进医院核心竞争力的提升。
The new round of medical reform after the 18 th Chinese National Congress was launched in line with the supply-side thinking. The outline of "Healthy China 2030" proposes the concept of supply-side structural reform of health services. By applying supply-side thinking to discipline construction, tertiary general hospitals can provide effective and high-quality supply while decreasing invalid supply, so as to improve the core competitiveness of hospitals.
