摘要
从教学团队建设的现状出发,分析了10余年来高校团队建设中存在的普遍问题,提出了现代社会发展对团队建设的新要求,探讨了团队建设的核心,以及科研与教学等方面存在的争论,以期教学团队建设确实能促进教师个体间的优势互补和强强联合,形成巨大合力,促进学科领域科学技术的发展以及创新型人才的培养,肩负起国家及社会赋予高校人才培养的大任。
Starting from the present situation of teaching team building,this paper summarizes the common problems in the team building of colleges and universities in the past 10 years,puts forward the new requirements for team building in the background of modern social development.It discusses and analyzes the core of team building,the four key aspects of scientific research and teaching,in order to make sure that the teaching team building can promote the complementary advantages and strong combination among teachers.In order to form a great joint effort to promote the renewal and development of science and technology in the field and the cultivation of innovative talents,and realize the great responsibility of the state and society,colleges and universities should have the ability to carry out the training of talents.
