摘要
"翻转课堂"作为一种创新型的MOOC混合式教学模式对高校教师提出了新的要求,仅凭教师个人的力量和精力很难面对课程教学的各种挑战。文章分析了教师在"翻转课堂"MOOC混合式教学模式下面临的各种挑战,认为应该组建教学团队,依靠团队智慧与优势互补来应对"翻转课堂"实践中出现的各种困难和挑战,并就构建课程型教学团队提出了对策建议。
Flip Classroom, as an innovative MOOC hybrid teaching mode, has presented new tasks for the college teachers, for whom it is difficult to independently meet the various challenges in course teaching. This paper analyzes the problems and challenges the teachers might meet in Flip Classroom in MOOC hybrid pattern, and suggests that a teaching team should be formed to deal with the problems and challenges in the practice of Flip Classroom on the advantage of team wisdom and complementary advantages, and puts forward some suggestions about the formation of a subject-based teaching team.
