摘要
本文首先分析了高素质教学团队在教学活动中的现实意义,并对高素质教学团队的特质进行了界定,在此基础上提出了培育高素质教学团队的基本策略。
In this paper the first analyzes the practical significance of a high-qualified teaching group in the teaching activity. Then she defines the characteristics of such a group. On this basis, she puts forward the fundamental strategy of cultivating a high-qualified teaching group.
