摘要
随着机械化、信息化、数字化、智能化等现代技术在农业生产中的应用及标准化、绿色化生产技术的持续推进,农业生产对学科交叉型人才的需求更为迫切。设施农业科学与工程专业是集生物工程、环境工程与农业工程为一体的学科交叉型本科专业,肩负着培养设施农业复合型人才的使命。以甘肃农业大学设施农业科学与工程专业教学团队建设为例,着重分析交叉型本科专业教学团队建设中存在的问题,探讨团队建设面临的发展举措与新挑战,为农业院校学科交叉型本科专业教学团队建设提供参考。
This article takes the construction of teaching teams for the facilities agricultural science and engineering major at Gansu Agricultural University as an example,analyzes the problems in the construction of interdisciplinary undergraduate teaching teams,explores the development measures and new challenges faced by team construction,and provides reference for the construction of interdisciplinary undergraduate teaching teams in agricultural universities.
