摘要 该文目的是探讨PBL结合CBL教学法在乳腺超声住院医师规范化培训中的教学效果。方法是选取石河子大学医学院第一附属医院超声医学科规培医师40人作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组20人,分别为对照组和观察组,对照组采用LBL教学法,观察组采用PBL结合CBL教学法。授课结束后,对两组规培医师对授课效果进行问卷调查及考试(笔试和实践上机)评估。结果是对观察组教学方法在培养临床思维能力、提高自学能力、激发学习兴趣、对教学授课的满意度及掌握所学知识方面持肯定态度的人数多于对照组(P<0.05),观察组考试成绩显然优于对照组成绩(P<0.05)。结论是PBL结合CBL教学法在乳腺超声住院医师规范化培训中教学效果优于LBL教学法,取得了显著的效果。 This paper explores the teaching effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in standardized resident training of breast ultrasound physician.A total of 40 subjects of Department of Ultrasound of the First Affiliated Hospital in the School of Medicine of Shihezi University were selected,and according to the method of random number table,they were divided into two groups with 20 people in each group,namely the control group and the observation group.The control group used LBL teaching method,and the observation group used PBL combined with CBL teaching method.At the end of the course,the two groups of training physicians participated in questionnaire surveys and examinations(written and practical)to evaluate the teaching effect.The results show that the number of people in the observation group are more positive than the control group in the aspects of clinical thinking ability,self-study ability,learning interest,teaching satisfaction and mastering knowledge(P<0.05).The test scores of the observation group are obviously better than those of the control group(P<0.05).It is concluded that the teaching effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method is better than that of LBL teaching method in standardized training of resident doctors in breast ultrasound,and PBL combined with CBL teaching method has achieved remarkable results in standardized resident training of breast ultrasound physician.
