摘要
目的分析LBL联合CBL双轨教学模式在皮肤科临床医师带教中的应用效果。方法选择2017年7月—2020年7月40名解放军总医院海南医院皮肤科临床医师进行研究,并分为对照组和试验组,每组同学20名。对照组给予授课为基础的教学(1ecture-based learning,LBL)模式带教,试验组给予LBL和以案例为中心的教学(case-based learning,CBL)双轨模式带教,并通过考核对两组教学质量进行比较分析。结果试验组考核成绩显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单独应用LBL模式相比,应用LBL联合CBL双轨教学模式进一步帮助皮肤科医师提高了对于临床知识和操作技能的掌握水平。
Objective To analyze the application effect of LBL combined with CBL dual-track teaching mode in the teaching of dermatologists.Methods From July 2017 to July 2020,40 dermatological clinicians from Hainan Hospital of PLA General Hospital were selected for the study and divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 20 students in each group.The control group was given lecture-based learning(LBL)mode teaching,and the experimental group was given LBL and case-based learning(CBL)dual-track teaching mode,and the teaching quality of the two groups was compared and analyzed through the assessment.Results The examination results of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with LBL alone,the application of LBL combined with CBL dual-track teaching model further helped dermatologists to improve their mastery of clinical knowledge and operational skills.
