摘要
对比了国产TJ1162环氧酸酐浸渍树脂与国外进口树脂A的常规性能、粘度特性、绝缘结构性能和老化试验结果。对比采用两种环氧酸酐浸渍树脂制造的牵引电机型式试验结果,验证了国产TJ1162树脂的各项性能与国外进口树脂A相当,其中热态介质损耗和粘结强度更是优于进口,可以满足牵引电机的应用要求。
Conventional properties,viscosity properties,insulation system properties and aging test rusults of the domestic TJ1162 epoxy/anhydride impregnating resin were compared with those of the resin A imported from abroad.Type tests of the traction motors which were made up of two kinds of epoxy/anhydride impregnating resin are compared either,verifying that most properties of the domestic TJ1162 are comparable to those of the resin A and even better in the fields of dielectric loss under high temperature and bonding strength,able to meet with the application requirements of traction motors.
