摘要
采用三釜串联淤浆法生产了管材专用耐热聚乙烯(PE-RT),研究了PE-RT的加工稳定性和耐热水抽提性能,并与同类国产树脂及进口树脂进行了对比。结果表明:3种产品经双螺杆挤出机2次挤出后熔体流动速率和氧化诱导时间变化率均小于10%,其中,PE-RT1的加工稳定性和耐热水抽提性能最优,3次挤出后熔体流动速率变化率小于6%;相同条件下,PE-RT1经热水抽提后氧化诱导时间变化率约是同类国产树脂的1/3。
The polyethylene-raised temperature resistance(PE-RT) used for pipe materials was prepared by three-reactors in series slurry technology,whose processing stability and heat resisting water extraction performance were observed and compared with those of domestic and imported similar products.The results show that the changes of melt flow rate and oxidative induction time of three products are less than 10% after twice extrusion through twin screw extruder,among which,the processing stability and heat resisting water extraction performance of PE-RT1 are the best,whose melt flow rate is changed less than 6% after the third extrusion.the change of oxidative induction time of PE-RT1 is 1/3 of that of peer products after hot-water extraction under the same conditions.
