摘要
随着铁路向高速、重载的方向发展,牵引电机绝缘系统耐热等级要求越来越高。目前耐热等级最高的是有机硅绝缘系统,经过多年的技术开发,国产的有机硅浸渍树脂已应用,但用于更高速牵引电机的有机硅玻璃布补强芳纶纤维云母带仍依赖于进口产品。本文采用自制有机硅胶粘剂和市售有机硅胶粘剂分别制备有机硅玻璃布补强芳纶纤维云母带,与进口云母带进行基本性能对比,并通过模拟线圈验证云母带与浸渍树脂的电气性能。结果表明:自制的有机硅玻璃布补强芳纶纤维云母带绕包工艺性良好,与进口有机硅树脂的相容性良好,固化率高,且电气性能及老化性能满足牵引电机绝缘技术要求。应用自制有机硅玻璃布补强芳纶纤维云母带试制的样机,运行效果良好,能够替代进口的有机硅玻璃布补强芳纶纤维云母带。
With the development of railway to high speed and heavy load,the temperature resistance of traction motor insulation system is getting higher and higher.At present,the highest heat resistance grade is silicone insulation system.After years of technological development,domestic silicone impregnated resin has been applied,but silicone glass cloth reinforced aramid fiber mica tape for higher-speed traction motors are still dependent on imported products.In this paper,silicone glass cloth reinforced aramid fiber mica tapes were prepared by self-made and commercially available silicone adhesives.The basic properties of the mica tapes were compared,and the electrical properties of the mica tape and impregnating resin were verified by the simulation coil.The results show that the self-made silicone glass cloth reinforced aramid fiber mica tape has good wrapping process,good compatibility with imported silicone resin,and high curing rate,and its electrical performance and ageing performance can meet the technical requirements of traction motor insulation.The prototype prepared by by self-made silicone glass cloth reinforced aramid fiber mica tape has good operation effect,which indicate the self-made silicone glass cloth reinforced aramid fiber mica tape can replace the imported silicone glass reinforced cloth aramid fiber mica tape.
