摘要
以改性不饱和聚酯和二苯醚树脂为主要原料,加入阻聚剂、活性稀释剂、促进剂、引发剂,研制出一种F-H级通用快干无溶剂漆。该漆具有固化快、耐温高、贮存周期长,挥发率低,机械电气性能好,与其他材料粘接力强、相容性好,使用过程几乎无污染的特点。
F - H Fast - curing solvendess impregnating varnish was researched. Impregnating varnish was made from modified unsaturated polyester and diphenyl ether, blent with inhibitor, styrene, initiator and accelerant. The test results showed that the varnish had excellent fast - curing, high temperature resistant,long potlife, excellent mechanical and insulating, good cohesion, good compatibility, no contamination properties.
