摘要
本文从穴位的定义、理论、穴位诊断法、中西医诊断的差异性及穴位辅助诊断的可行性几个方面对中医穴位按压技巧辅助诊治的概况和进展展开综述,指出在院前急救、基层医院、卫生所等缺乏完善医疗设施的环境中,以及在急诊室有限时间内,如何将穴位诊断用于辅助诊治能够较快作出初步诊断或缩小疾病诊断范围,从而减少医疗费用,提高患者就医体验。
This paper summarizes the general situation and progress of acupoint pressing technique in traditional Chinese medicine for the assistant diagnosis and treatment from the definition,theory,diagnosis method of acupoint,difference between traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and feasibility of acupoint assistant diagnosis.It points out that in the environment of lacking perfect medical facilities such as pre hospital first aid,basic hospital,health center,etc.and in the limited time of emergency room,how to use acupoint diagnosis for assistant diagnosis and treatment can make initial diagnosis quickly or narrow the scope of disease diagnosis,so as to reduce medical costs and improve patients'medical experience.
