摘要
用体视显微镜（5～25倍）观察足三里新鲜标本层次和断面结构及ABS铸型、淋巴灌注标本。结论：足三里穴与非穴位的巨微结构观察未发现除神经、血管、淋巴、筋膜、肌腱、肌肉等组织外的特殊结构，穴位不是由一种组织结构组成，而是由多种组织共同构成的一个多层次的空间结构。
The tissues in different layers and sections of the fresh sample taken from Zusanli acupoint were observed with microscope(X5~25), using ABS mold and lymph perfusion methods. The results show that Zusanli and its control point(non-acupoint) don' t have any special structure except nerve, blood vessel, lymphatic vessel, fascia, tendon and muscle etc.. Acupoint doesn' t consist of one kind of tissue, but it is a spatial structure with multiple layers, which is composed of many kinds of tissues.
