摘要
早期家居生产线规划还处于粗旷式发展阶段,几乎未考虑到产能匹配。随着家居生产线规划设计研究不断深入,产能匹配也成为了许多学者和技术人员研究的重点,但多局限于工序间的产能匹配这种单一的匹配分析上,有些甚至于把重点偏向于设备理论产能的分析,使得生产线规划设计的目标产能(设计产能)和实际产能相差甚远,在混流式生产线中生产工作都无法正常运行,生产线长期处于技改的"路上"。笔者根据实践总结、查阅文献、现场调研等方式并结合家居生产规划设计的主要工作,分析产能不匹配可能造成的问题,得出家居生产线规划设计中广义的产能匹配分析范围,以期能为家居生产线规划设计研究提供理论参考依据。
Early home furnishing line planning is still in the rough stage of development,taking no consideration of capacity matching.With the deepening of the planning and design of home furnishing production line,the capacity matching has become the focus of many scholars and technicians,but it is mostly limited to the analysis of equipment theoretical productivity.The difference between the design capacity and actual production capacity is relatively large,the production work in the mixed flow production line cannot operate normally,and the production line has been on the way of technological transformation for a long time.So we can get the generalized analysis range of capacity matching in the planning and design of home furnishing production line,in order to provide theoretical reference for the planning and design of home furnishing production line.
