摘要
实现由制造大国向制造强国的转变,已经成为新时期我国经济发展面临的重大课题。在详细分析我国制造业现状的基础上,阐述了"中国制造2025"的指导思想、战略部署、基本方针和战略举措,认为"互联网+先进制造业+现代服务业"将成为中国经济发展的新引擎。指出"制造业数字化网络化智能化是新一轮工业革命的核心技术,应该作为中国制造2025的制高点、突破口和主攻方向",重点围绕"智能制造是新一轮工业革命的核心技术"和"智能制造是中国制造2025的主攻方向"两个论断展开了全面深入的剖析解读。
How to transform from a big nation in manufacturing to a powerful one is a great subject of China＇s economic development in the new era.This paper discussed the guiding ideology,strategic deployment,basic policy and strategic measure of ＂made in China 2025＂ based on detailed analyses of current manufacturing situations of China, and indicated that ＂Internet＋advanced manufacturing＋modern service industry＂ will become a new engine of China＇s economic development.It is pointed out that digitization, networking and intellectualization of manufacturing industries are the core technolo- gies of a new round industrial revolution, and should be used as commanding point,breakthrough and main direction of ＂made in China 2025＂.An overall thorough interpretation of above points was put forward.
