摘要
受地方政策和转移地区硬件条件以及行业发展的影响,越来越多的家具企业开始建设以家具制造为主的企业级工业园。本文将工业园选址、行政审批手续办理、总图设计、建筑设计与建筑施工、制造区规划、服务区规划等六部分作为研究对象,总结了各部分常见的问题并进行提炼总结,以期为工业园规划设计提供理论基础。
Influenced by the local policies,the infrastructure conditions and the development of the indus-try,more and more furniture enterprises build industrial park focus on furniture manufacturing.The com-mon phenomenon was analyzed and summarized in aspects of the site selection,administrative examina-tion and approval formalities,general layout design,architectural design and construction planning,manu-facturing area planning,and service area planning,which will provide a theoretical basis for industrialpark planning and design.
