Research on the Design of Automatic Tensioning Device for Variable Frequency Speed Regulation of Belt Conveyor

摘要 针对玉华煤矿采区工作面运输顺槽下运带式输送机液压式和重锤式张紧装置张紧效果不佳,带式输送机故障频发等问题,进行了变频调速自动张紧装置的设计,并对相应电气设计方案进行研究。实践应用效果表明:下运可伸缩带式输送机运行稳定可靠,可有效实现皮带张紧自动控制功能,社会安全经济效益显著。 Aiming at the poor tensioning effect of hydraulic and heavy hammer tensioning devices of belt conveyer transported downward groove and frequent faults of belt conveyors in the working face of mining area in Yuhua Coal Mine, the design of the automatic tensioning device with frequency conversion and speed regulation is carried out,and the corresponding electrical design scheme is studied. The practical application results show that the downward transport retractable belt conveyor operates stably and reliably, can effectively realize the automatic control function of belt tension, and has significant social security and economic benefits.
