摘要
以液压混合动力系统为对象,在动力系统初始设计阶段,提出一种基于改进型特性曲线参数匹配的转矩分配策略,并根据该策略选择电机初始选型参数。该策略在经典特性曲线参数匹配方法的基础上进行动力元件合成,建模确定负载特性曲线和合成动力特性曲线,通过对比合成动力特性曲线与负载特性曲线,进行转矩分配和电机参数确定。以一个液压节能系统中的混合动力系统为例,通过理论分析介绍混合动力系统中电机的基本参数选择的流程,并对结果的可行性进行了试验验证。
A torque distribution strategy based on the improved characteristic curve parameter matching is proposed.First,in the initial design phase,the best parameter value of the motor in the power mechanism is determined according to this strategy.Second,a concept of dynamic element synthesis is introduced to the classical characteristic curve parameter matching method,and the load characteristic curve and the synthesis dynamic characteristic curve are determined by establishing models.Finally,the synthetic power characteristic curve is compared with the load characteristic curve to determine the torque distribution and the motor parameter.Taking a hybrid power system in a hydraulic energy-saving system as an example,the process of selecting the basic parameters of a motor in a hybrid power system is theoretically analyzed.The feasibility of the results is verified by experimental tests.
