摘要
以适用于实验教学为目的,基于现有的燃油沙滩车开发了一款串联式混合动力车。在完成驱动电机和蓄电池选型、减速器设计的基础上,进行油门控制及发动机起停控制设计,以性价比较高的STC89C52单片机作为主控制器,完成能量管理系统的设计,并进行了实际测试。测试结果表明:该混合动力车车速从0到40 km/h的加速时间为9.8 s;以50 km/h的速度匀速运行时,其充满电后的连续运行时间可达1.91 h,达到了设计要求。
In order to develop a hybrid vehicle suitable for experimental teaching,a series hybrid vehicle is developed based on one gasoline-powered all terrain vehicle.Firstly,the selection of the motor and battery was done based on the calculation.Then the reducer was designed based on the motor and vehicle maximum speed.Finally,the throttle control,engine start-stop control and energy management system were completed based on STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer with high cost performance as the main controller.The vehicle undergoes practical testing,and the results show that it achieves an acceleration time of 9.8 seconds from 0 to 40 km/h and can continuously run for 1.91 hours at a speed of 50 km/h,meeting the design requirements.
