摘要
针对一种新型增程插电式混合动力车辆,以实现该构型车辆的燃油经济性和整车动力性较优的特点为目标,开展了该构型车辆的控制策略开发的研究.建立了发动机、驱动电机和启动发电一体电机的等效燃油消耗模型,根据各部件效率离线计算出等效燃油最小下的需求扭矩分配系数.针对模式切换中的系统不连续性,设计了分阶段转矩协调控制策略.台架测试和实车道路测试结果表明,该整车混合动力控制策略能够保证车辆动力部件运行在效率最优区域,并且电控离合器闭合时间不大于1.5s,电控同步器闭合时间不大于0.2s,整车混合动力模式切换迅速和平稳.
Control strategies were studied to achieve the optimal fuel economy and performance of a new rangeextender plug-in hybrid vehicle.The equivalent fuel consumption model of the engine,traction motor and integrated starter and generator was built and their torque distribution coefficients were calculated according to the equivalent consumption minimization strategy(ECMS)method.The torque coordination sequence was designed for vehicle hybrid mode switching.The results of the bench tests and vehicle road tests show that the vehicle hybrid control strategy can ensure that the engine,traction motor and integrated starter and generator operate in the optimal efficiency load regions,and the eclutch engaging time is no more than 1.5s,and the esynchronizer closing time is no more than 0.2s,and the vehicle hybrid modes can be switched steadily and quickly.
