摘要
目的:通过建立新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称"新冠肺炎")预检筛查系统,缩短患者在门急诊入口处信息登记的时间,减少因人员密集带来的院内感染的潜在风险,以及为医生进行预检筛查提供患者信息参考。方法:充分利用二维码技术及微信小程序、WinForm、SpringBoot开发框架所特有的优点,快速研发新冠肺炎预检筛查系统并与HIS集成。结果:系统的投入使用,有效缩短门急诊入口处排队等候时间,降低感染风险。结论:新冠肺炎预检筛查系统的建立,为北京友谊医院的防疫工作提供了有力工具。
Objective:Through the construction of the pre-screening system for COVID-19,the information registration time of patients at the door of outpatient department and emergency department is shortened,the potential risk of nosocomial infection caused by the dense population is reduced,and the patient information reference is provided for the doctors to conduct pre-screening screening.Methods:Make full use of two-dimensional code technology and WeChat small program,WinForm,SpringBoot development framework unique advantages,to develop the pre-screening system for COVID-19 and HIS integration rapidly.Results:The system effectively shorten the waiting time at the entrance of the outpatient department and the emergency department,reduce the risk of infection.Conclusion:The establishment of the pre-screening system for COVID-19 provides a powerful tool for the epidemic prevention work of Beijing friendship hospital.
