摘要
目的:为适应新冠肺炎(COVID-19)核酸大规模筛查、移动采样及大数据管理的需求,建立基于"互联网+"的核酸检测信息化管理系统。方法:建立了从现场受检者个人信息采集、样本运送到实验室结果报告全流程的信息化管理系统,对各节点的大数据实现即时展现和实时分析,可随时在客户手机端多途径查阅个人检测结果。结果:该系统在深圳的局部疫情新冠肺炎核酸大规模筛查及口岸通关司机的核酸检测中得到有效实施。结论:基于"互联网+"的核酸检测信息化管理系统在核酸大规模筛查和移动采样中能发挥大数据分析的作用,为疫情精准防控提供准确数据。
Objective:In order to adapt to the needs of large-scale screening of COVID-19 nucleic acids,mobile sampling and big data management,an information management system for nucleic acid detection based on"Internet plus"has been established.Methods:The information management of the whole process from the collection and sample delivery of personal information from the field subjects to the report of laboratory results was established,the function of real-time display and real-time analysis of the big data of each point was established,and the personal test results could be viewed in multiple ways on the customer’s mobile phone at any time.Results:The large-scale screening of nucleic acid in the local outbreak in Shenzhen and the detection of nucleic acid by port customs clearance drivers were effectively implemented.Conclusion:The construction of information management system for nucleic acid detection based on the“Internet+”can exert the high efficiency of big data management in the large-scale screening and mobile sampling of nucleic acid,and provide accurate data for the precise prevention and control of the epidemic.
