摘要
针对传统医院线上服务平台无法使用医保实时结算以及患者看病难、排队等待时间长等问题,构建了基于微信小程序的医保脱卡支付系统,实现在线预约挂号缴费、医保脱卡支付、检查检验报告查询、就诊排队查询等医疗服务。以江西中医药大学附属医院为例,阐述了系统架构设计与医保脱卡支付流程,并分析其应用情况与对未来发展的展望。
Aiming at the problems of traditional hospital online service platform such as unable to use real-time medical insurance settlement and long waiting time for patients to see a doctor, a medical insurance off-card payment system based on Wechat applet is constructed, which realizes on-line booking registration payment, medical insurance off-card payment, inspection report inquiry, medical treatment queuing inquiry and other medical services. Taking the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example, expounds the system architecture design and the process of medical insurance off-card payment, and analyses the application situation and prospects for future development.
