摘要
运用文献调研法和SWOT分析法探讨健康医疗大数据应用发展的内部优势和劣势,总结其外部机遇和挑战,提出相应对策与建议,包括推进平台建设,促进发展应用;加强技术研发,规范整合共享;健全政策法规,注重伦理思考;培养复合人才,提供支撑力量。
By adopting literature review and SWOT analysis, the paper discusses the interior strengths and weakness of the development of health care big data application, summarizes the external opportunities and threats and raises corresponding countermeasures and proposals, including promoting platform building to develop the application, strengthening technical research and development, standardizing integration and sharing, perfecting policies and laws and regulations, giving importance to ethical thinking, and fostering compound talents that are supportive.
