摘要
糖尿病性视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy, DR)是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症之一,也是我国40岁以上人群首位致盲性眼病,逐渐成为基础和临床研究领域中的热点。一直以来,专家和学者致力于研究DR的具体致病机制及有效防治措施,但依旧存在许多未解之谜,留待人们探寻。随着我国人口老龄化的加速进展,DR的发病率显著升高,其防治将成为我国防盲、治盲重点之一。期望在基础研究者和临床工作者们的共同努力下,达成以最小损伤为代价,尽最大限度保证DR患者完整视功能的目标。
Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is one of the common chronic complications of diabetes mellitus and is also the first blinding ophthalmopathy in people over 40 years old in China,and has gradually become a hot spot in the field of basic and clinical research.For a long time,experts and scholars have been devoted to studying the specific pathogenesis and effective prevention and treatment measures of DR,but there are still many unsolved mysteries for people to explore.With the accelerating of aging population in China,the incidence of DR is significantly increased,and its prevention and remedy will become one of the focal points of blindness prevention and treatment in China.We hope that with the joint endeavors of basic researchers and clinical workers,we can achieve the goal of ensuring the complete visual function of DR patients as much as possible at the cost of minimum damage.
